Frequently asked questions

What exactly is nā-sya? Is it a nasal spray?
nā-sya is an Ayurvedic herbal inhaler — not a nasal spray. You simply hold it close and inhale the herbal aromas. It's a dry aromatherapy inhaler inspired by the ancient Panchakarma practice of nasya therapy — the use of herbs through the nasal passage to support respiratory and mental health.
What does nā-sya feel like? What will I experience?
The first inhale delivers an immediate cooling rush from the Menthol and Borneol crystals, followed by the warm, grounding depth of Tulsi, Clove, and Cinnamon. Then, a sense of clarity of mental space opening up. Regular users describe it as a "reset" - like pressing pause on the mental noise for a moment. The experience is distinctly different from any synthetic inhaler.
How long does one inhaler last?
With regular use expect 8-10 weeks from a single inhaler. With occasional use such as flights, bad pollution days, congestion episodes, it can last up to 3 months. The formula doesn't evaporate quickly when capped properly so please screw the cap back on carefully. We recommend the 2-pack for daily users.
What are the ingredients?
Menthol, Camphor, Borneol, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Anantmool (Hemidesmus indicus), Clove, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves, and a proprietary essential oil blend. All ingredients are 100% natural. No synthetic chemicals, no petrochemicals, and no artificial fragrances.
Is nā-sya safe to use every day?
Yes. All ingredients are 100% natural, non-ingestible, and FSSAI approved for daily use. nā-sya contains zero synthetic chemicals, zero steroids, and zero habit-forming compounds. It is designed as a daily wellness ritual. The brand states that customers have used it daily for over a year without issues.
Can children use nā-sya?
Adult use only (18+) is recommended. The essential oil blend is potent and not formulated for children's sensitive airways. Keep away from children under 12. For teenagers aged 12–17, consult a physician before use.
Can I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please consult your doctor before using nā-sya during pregnancy or breastfeeding. While all ingredients are natural, certain essential oils and herbs, including Camphor and Borneol, may not be appropriate during pregnancy.
Will it help with sinusitis, or allergies?
nā-sya does not make medical claims and is not a treatment or cure for any disease. It is a wellness inhaler. Customers report that it helps them breathe more comfortably during allergy season, after pollution exposure, and during seasonal nasal congestion. For any medical condition, consult a qualified physician.
